Paperback Anybody?

When I soft launched "Smart Doctor" a month ago, I intended on publishing a paperback version. Considering that sales have been slow after the initial free promotional blitz, I am questioning whether to launch the paperback and then do a hard launch and marketing blitz of both paperback and kindle editions, or whether I should just look at marketing strategies, including a title change. Your feedback is invited. I especially would appreciate those of you who have read the book, especially if you got a free copy during the promotional period, to post a review on Amazon. I look forward to reading your input.
